iXmax is a calibrated, wide-field-of-view (WFOV) optical measurement system that can revolutionize your image quality inspection process. With its WFOV image-capture capabilities, you can use this instrument to analyze of a broad range of attributes. iXmax supports a wide range of applications from print quality on wide format printers to silk screen printing on glass to forensic document analysis.

 

This portable unit can be taken from the R&D center, to the lab, to the production floor and into the field in order to insure consistent image quality analysis throughout the development process.

JetXpert

ImageXpert announces JetXpert, an integrated system for drop-in-flight visualization and analysis. Combining a digitally controlled LED strobe with a camera system and ImageXpert software, JetXpert allows for imaging and analysis of drops down to 6 picoliters and with a firing rate of 50Hz to 100KHz. A 500ns pulse width enables a high level of image quality.

Scanner

ImageXpert's scanner-based system is used for printability and paper quality measurements. Useful for analysis of larger areas or larger features, the scasnner is run directly through the ImageXpert software. The optional automatic document feeder allows for batch processing and the automation of objective and repeatable analysis. ImageXaminer is suitable for mill, production and R & D applications.

Full-motion systems automate image quality inspection for a wide range of applications. Combining motion control, image capture from multiple cameras, image analysis software and additional instrumentation such as laser profiling, glossmeters and spectrophotometers, the full-motion systems support the high throughput required in production environments and the widely varied tests required in R & D.

This low-cost, camera-based solution is excellent for low-volume applications and R & D environments. Images can be captured from one or more cameras set at the resolution that best suits the requirements of your application. AppearanceXpert was designed specifically to measure mottle, appearance and dinginess for paper, linerboard and coating manufacturers. An industrial enclosure, specialized algorithms and a friendly graphical user interface make this a turnkey system for use in mills, manufacturing and R & D.

NOZZLE AND WAFER INSPECTION SYSTEM

This automated line scan-based system can be used to identify and classify inkjet nozzle and wafer defects. Realize cost savings by identifying defective parts prior to print head assembly. This system is suitable for both production and R & D environments.
