JetXpert is a fully integrated system for visualization and analysis of drops-in-flight. The stand-alone system includes a camera, zoom lens, LED strobe, strobe controller, easy to use GUI for digital strobe control, computer, and ImageXpert software for image capture and analysis.
For our customers who already use ImageXpert-based systems, this capability is available as an add-on to an up-to-date existing system.

JetXpert Motion System:
The JetXpert motion system offers an automated axis of motion for fully automatic sequential analysis of all jets on a print head.
The print head assembly is mounted to a plate on the motion stage, and motion, image capture, and image analysis are all controlled through the software.
Data is reported in tab-delimted text files with an .xls suffix for easy viewing in MS Excel.
JetXpert with Face Plate Wetting Visualization:
The JetXpert system can be fitted with a second camera and light source for visualizing nozzle plate wetting or puddling.
The user interface on this system is designed to conveniently switch from one camera to the other.
