ImageXpert's motion systems are used to measure samples reliably and with repeatable results. Systems are flexible enough for use in the lab and in R&D environments, and are robust enough for the production floor.

Our fully-integrated motion system includes a vibration isolation table, a vacuum chuck for sample handling, a motion table for sample positioning, a series of cameras for image capture and ImageXpert’s powerful software for image analysis. ImageXpert systems are very flexible and can be configured to meet a wide range of measurement requirements and sample types.

3-D inspection:

ImageXpert's laser module is used to take height measurements on parts and printing made of opaque, translucent, and transparent materials. Inspection is non-contact and non-destructive. Results are reported down to 0.05 micron if required.

Different laser profiling configurations are available to suit a wide variety of applications.
