With an optical resolution of 2400dpi (10.58 microns per pixel) ImageXaminer allows for analysis of many attributes on targets and samples. A transmission hood is available for the scanner to expand the image capture options for a wider variety of substrates.
Once samples are scanned, sample features are analyzed by ImageXpert's powerful software and numerical results are reported.
