ImageXpert's print-quality inspection systems are in use around the world, helping companies assess and improve the quality of their printers.

Traditionally print quality assessment was performed visually or through the use of manual instrumentation. This process was both time-consuming and tedious. Now tests of image quality features such as ink wicking, dot quality and many others can be performed using automated inspection for objective, numerical results. If needed, system configurations are available that offer imaging resolutions down to one micron per pixel.

ImageXpert offers a number of system configurations, all designed specifically to inspect print quality. At the core of each system is our powerful ImageXpert software. The image input path can range from simple, single-camera or scanner-based systems to very complex, multi-camera full-motion systems with integrated X-Rite color and density measurement capabilities.
