ImageXpert test targets include many commonly evaluated features and are a good starting point for many image quality evaluations. These targets can be used to quantify the quality of specific attributes of both color and monochrome prints.
Please note that these test targets were designed to be used as examples and therefore do not include all the necessary features for comprehensive image quality analysis. In fact, no one target can provide all the necessary features for many applications.
ImageXpert systems are designed to be very flexible and do not require the use of any specific test targets. Please feel free to use any combination of targets that include the features that are most suitable to your application.

When you print these or any other targets that were not designed specifically for your printing device, rendering artifacts may occur. Turn off all color management if possible since the goal is for each primary to be printed individually. Color overprinting in primary-only features will impact the results of many kinds of image analysis.
