Are you working with fluids and fluid dispensing? Are your droplets in the picoliter to nanoliter or microliter size range?
JetXpert is a fully integrated system for visualization and analysis of drops-in-flight. The stand-alone system includes a camera, zoom lens, LED strobe, strobe controller, easy to use GUI for digital strobe control, computer, and ImageXpert software for image capture and analysis. Using single strobes per firing pulse, JetXpert can capture and analyze images of single droplets.
Useful for any frequency-based dispensing system where droplets are in free flight between the dispensing tip and the substrate, JetXpert can be used to measure droplet volume (down to 1pl), velocity, and trajectory. It can also be used for imaging of drop emergence from the nozzle, tip, or orifice, and for imaging ligament, droplet and satellite formation. The combination of sophisticated strobe control, imaging and droplet analysis makes JetXpert unique.
A second camera can be added for visualization of buildup on the dispensing tip or print head, or for full trajectory analysis.
(For contact-based dispensing systems, aerosols, or those that rely on ejection of channels or streams of fluid, ImageXpert offers many systems for analysis of patterns post-deposition.)
Systems can also be used for contact angle analysis, and analysis of drop impact (imaging of droplets as they hit the substrate).
JetXpert has a very small footprint (21" maximum dimension), making it ideal for lab and production areas where space is at a premium.
Other ImageXpert systems can be used for analysis of droplets post-deposition- such as dot size and shape on bio microarrays, and dot position analysis for jetting and deposition system validation.
